Mia Weiss
Research Assistant
Mia Weiss graduated from Sciences Po Paris in 2025 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Humanities and completed an academic exchange at UCLA. She volunteers with A New Way of Life’s Reentry Legal Clinics, where she supports clients in obtaining clean slate remedies (i.e., petitions for dismissal and expungement of criminal records) to further access to employment, housing, occupational licenses, and family reunification. At the Pritzker Center, Mia works as a survey researcher on the ENRICH project, which seeks to better understand the experiences of transition-age youth in extended foster care with the goal of addressing inequities and improving support services. Motivated by a strong commitment to civil and human rights, Mia aspires to become a lawyer dedicated to advancing social justice and driving systemic transformation.
